The Conference aims to create a synergetic confluence of people working towards Quantum Computing, Quantum metrology, and Quantum chaos. The frontier of quantum information science is deeply linked with our ability to control and manipulate complex quantum systems like ultracold atoms, quantum dots, nuclear states etc. On the other hand, some very beautiful experiments leading to ultra-high-precision measurements of fundamental constants have been performed. The underlying basic questions reside in classical and quantum nonlinear science. With experts together, the Conference hopes to provide new ideas and initiatives.
